1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Ahoj.ai, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.
Ahoj.ai is operated by Mesh, s.r.o., registered in the Czech Republic, address Pricna 4, Prague 1, 110 00.
2. Service Description
Ahoj.ai is an AI-powered platform that enables users to:
- Upload selfie photos and generate AI character avatars
- Record voice messages and create AI-generated talking avatar videos
- Create and manage events with video invitations
- Share video messages and participate in event communities
3. User Accounts
You must create an account to use most features of Ahoj.ai. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account.
4. User Content
You retain ownership of content you upload (photos, audio recordings). By uploading content, you grant Ahoj.ai a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, process, and store your content for the purpose of providing the service.
AI-generated content (avatars, videos) created using the service is provided for your personal use. You may share generated content but may not use it for unlawful purposes or to impersonate others without consent.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Upload content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable
- Use the service to create deepfakes or misleading content intended to deceive
- Impersonate others without their explicit consent
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the service
- Use the service for spam, fraud, or unauthorized commercial purposes
- Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights of others
6. Credits and Pricing
Ahoj.ai operates on a credit-based system. New users receive free credits upon registration. Additional credits may be purchased. Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
We reserve the right to modify pricing and credit costs at any time with reasonable notice.
7. Events and Social Features
Event creators are responsible for the content and management of their events. Ahoj.ai is not responsible for the conduct of event participants.
Users who post video replies, comments, or messages to events are responsible for their content and must comply with these Terms.
8. Intellectual Property
The Ahoj.ai application, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by Mesh, s.r.o. and protected by intellectual property laws. The Ahoj.ai watermark on generated videos must not be removed or obscured.
9. Limitation of Liability
Ahoj.ai is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data, service interruptions, or AI-generated content that does not meet your expectations.
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through your profile settings.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of the Czech Republic.
